Dr. Adam Hammerbeck
Hello, I am Dr. Adam Hammerbeck and am very excited to be in Pulaski! Although I am a native of Superior, I fell in love with the greater Green Bay area while attending St. Norbert College. Upon graduating, I attended dental school at Marquette University in Milwaukee and received my Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. Because I am always aspiring to be my best, I sought out further training after dental school and completed a one-year post-doctorate dental fellowship. This allowed me to gain additional experience and instruction in advanced dental techniques at the forefront of our field that I can offer to you as my patient.
I truly enjoy my profession as it provides me the opportunity to help individuals and families to achieve oral health and beauty. My goal is to provide both excellent care and a great experience while at our office. I will always treat everyone as if they are family walking through our door. I realize each person is different and has their own unique story. It is extremely satisfying to show a patient that does not like going to the dentist, that a visit to our office can be comfortable and even enjoyable!
Truly caring for my patients means not only being kind and gentle but also staying current in dental education and advancements. By staying current, I can provide the most up-to-date and best care possible. I participate in many diverse continuing education courses each year. I am also a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, Brown-Door-Kewaunee Dental Society, Wisconsin Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.
I am a husband to my beautiful wife Melanie (Hoffman), who is a Pulaski high school graduate, and father to our three boys: Boden, Bennett, and Bryant. When I am not in the office, I love spending time with my family. I also enjoy many different activities including fishing, hunting, playing hockey, biking, golfing, Nordic skiing, traveling, and the Green Bay Packers.
I am very excited and grateful to be an active member in this vibrant community. I look forward to the opportunity to help you reach and maintain your oral health while learning more about you and your family.
Dr. Shayna Yost
Hi there! My name is Dr. Shayna Yost and I’m looking forward to meeting you! I’m a De Pere native and moved back to the area a few years ago upon graduating dental school. I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse, and attended LECOM - School of Dental Medicine in Bradenton, FL with my last year in Erie, PA.
Ever since I was a child, I enjoyed going to the dentist’s office. My dentist growing up was personable, honest, intelligent, and talented. I realized that I wanted to provide the same level of compassion and care to others, which lead me to where I am today!
I thoroughly enjoy meeting new patients and building relationships with the ones I already have met. I love being able to give people confidence with their smiles and teach them along the way. I treat every patient as if they were my family or friend.
Dentistry and medicine are constantly evolving. I am committed to staying up to date with continuing education courses in general dentistry, dental sleep medicine, and craniofacial pain/treatment. I completed a Dental Sleep Medicine Residency program, and have taken additional courses to further my knowledge in dental sleep medicine and orofacial pain. I strive to commit to annual training to better serve our patients with collaborative care.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, staying active, watching sports and walking my dogs. I also enjoy traveling and trying new restaurants!
Dr. Sheridan Michaud Cox
Hi! I am Sheridan Michaud Cox, and I am so excited to meet you! I grew up in Green Bay and made my way back here after graduating dental school.
For my undergraduate degree, I attended Hillsdale College, in lower Michigan, where I competed on the track and field team as a pole vaulter. It was here that I met my amazing husband, Ty. The Aristotelian principles taught at Hillsdale inform my focus of care. I learned what it means to truly practice medicine ethically, valuing the human beyond the patient. Because of this, compassionate care is my main priority.
After Hillsdale, I returned to Wisconsin to attend Marquette University School of Dentistry. During my doctorate I completed honors training in periodontics and endodontics and was involved in Dental Materials research under the renowned Dr. Bedran-Russo. I have been able to participate in the American Academy of Dental Oral Craniofacial Research because of my research tenure. My dental materials research grew my personal passion for biomimetic dentistry and excitement for the future of materials and technology.
In my personal life, I love to spend time with my family and friends. We love to ski, bike, hike, and cook meals together. We always cheer on the Packers with delicious white chicken chili!

Dr. Evan Tust
Hi everyone! I’m Dr. Evan Tust and I’m so excited to meet you all! I grew up locally, living in De Pere initially, then moving to Luxemburg for a few years, and finally Green Bay after that. I truly love this area of Wisconsin! I moved away to the University of Wisconsin - Platteville for my undergrad studies, and then lived in Milwaukee for four years while attending Marquette University School of Dentistry for my Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. I’m thrilled to be living back in the Green Bay area again, and providing care in Pulaski!
I’ve wanted to be a dentist for as long as I can remember, and vividly recall the epiphany moment I had at an orthodontic appointment when I decided dentistry was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Since then, I haven’t looked back, and I still wake up every day looking forward to working with patients and providing the best possible care.
Even during dental school, I spent my free time completing extra courses outside of clinic hours focused on patient-centered care, treatment planning, restorative techniques, and implant dentistry. I‘m also a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and continue to actively work on expanding my skillset to provide more options for care. My goal has always been to provide all patients with high-quality treatment using the best evidence/research available, and I intend to stay informed on these best practices throughout the course of my career. I’m confident that my training will continue to help me help you!
Outside of the clinic I enjoy working out, cooking, woodworking, listening to music, and trying out new restaurants.
